We currently have the following FT positions open:
Administrative Assistant/Accounting & HR Clerk – The Administrative Assistant/Accounting & HR Clerk will be exposed to and provide support for a wide variety of accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries, invoicing, reconciliation of bank statements, preparation of financial reports, and more. This position will also provide support in a wide variety of human resources functions, including payroll entries, scheduling, etc.; and provide a variety of administrative support functions including coordinating IT support, management meetings, etc. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain experience, learn new skills, and be exposed to a wide variety of challenges while interacting with everyone from the senior leadership team to the manufacturing plant floor in a flexible work environment. Position Requirements: College degree preferred; or two years post high school training in general accounting, human resources, or office administration fields. Work experience in an accounting, HR, or office environment preferred. Jarraff offers opportunities for training. Strong computer knowledge including proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong data entry skills necessary. Good communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects are key.
Assembler – This position is for someone with good mechanical aptitude, a fast learner and likes working in a fast-paced environment! Job duties include: cutting parts, sub-assembly, parts handling, lifting 50 lbs on occasion, and reading blueprints. Ideal candidate would have manufacturing experience with the ability and desire to work in a team setting. Assembler – Electrical – The purpose of this job is to assemble and/or rebuild equipment and assemblies with a primary focus on electrical wiring, harnesses, components or other systems of the production equipment. This person will also provide insight and impact of changes and understand cause and effect scenarios concerning electrical components. Works with schematics, blue prints, drawings or other data to wire components according to specifications. Position Requirements: High school diploma/GED, 2 yr tech degree required. 2+ yrs mfg exp in electrical, diesel experience a plus.
Director of Finance – The Director of Finance will be responsible for leading and managing the accounting, human resources, and information technology functions at Jarraff; ensuring that processes, policies, and procedures are efficient and effective and provide adequate levels of internal controls and external compliance. Most importantly this position will be expected to take a leadership and management role in project return analysis, business and strategic planning, forecasting and modelling, ERP and MRP systems improvements, financial reporting, acquisition analysis, and more; utilizing internal and external resources. Basic functions include directing staff in all accounting functions including general ledger, AP, AR, inventory control, insurance, and treasury functions; directing staff in all HR functions including payroll, recruiting, compensation, and benefits; and managing the IT functions at Jarraff giving managers the tools they need to make decisions. Position Requirements: B.S. in accounting; or finance or business with a proficient understanding of accounting. Experience in human resources and information systems principles and practices preferred. Minimum of five years’ work and five years supervisory experience required. Manufacturing industry background strongly preferred. Strong computer skills including proficiency in using spreadsheets and word processors; strong organizational and administrative skills; attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects; good communicator, problem solver, and team member are essential traits. Jarraff utilizes Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics G.
Painter – Paints Jarraff equipment, parts, and assemblies. Prepares surfaces to paint by using cleaners, solvents, or other material. Position Requirements: 1-2 years technical school preferred. Required experience: 1 plus years manufacturing specific to paint preferred. Maintains high attention to detail, has knowledge of manufacturing processes, work measurement, quality assurance, shop routings, blue prints, and has moderate mathematical aptitude. Works well with all levels within the organization.
Welder – Weld, cut, grind, saw, fabricate, and drill parts and equipment to support production. Fabrication to support internal customers. Position Requirements: AA degree in welding or equivalent, 1 plus years’ MIG welding and fabrication exp., knowledge of mfg processes, attention to detail, blue print reading and average math skills required.
