Assembly Associate:

Assembly associates are mechanically inclined, fast learners, and produce Jarraff All-Terrain Tree-Trimmers along with the Geo-boy Brush Cutter product. Typical job duties include putting together assemblies and sub-assemblies, reading prints, handling parts, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates would have previous heavy equipment manufacturing experience along with the desire to work in a team setting. Position requirements include a High School Diploma/GED. Preferred experience includes 1+ years in a manufacturing setting.

Paint Associate:

Paint associates are detail orientated and responsible for painting all components that go into the Jarraff All-Terrain Tree-Trimmers along with the Geo-boy Brush Cutter equipment. Typical job duties include hanging parts, prepping parts for paint, wet painting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates would have previous experience in heavy equipment painting and a desire to work with a small team supporting production. Position requirements include a High School Diploma/GED. Preferred experience includes 1+ years in paint related work or a manufacturing setting.

Shipping Associate:

Our shipping associates are responsible for packaging parts and shipping product including Jarraff and Geo-boy equipment to customers and service centers. Ideal candidates would have previous experience in shipping and a desire to work in a fast-paced work environment. Position requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Preferred experience includes 1+ years in shipping.

Inventory Control and Receiving Associate:

Inventory control associates are detail orientated, have excellent organizational skills and are responsible for maintaining all inventory on campus. Typical job duties include receiving and putting away parts, establishing and maintaining inventory locations, maintaining warehouse organization, performing cycle counts, and supporting inventory accuracy through continuous improvement projects. Position requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Preferred experience includes 2+ years in an inventory role.

Welding Associate:

Our welding associates are independent workers, have excellent attention to detail, and produce all fabricated components to support the production of Jarraff All-Terrain Tree-Trimmers along with the Geo-boy Brush Cutter product. Typical job duties include welding assemblies and sub-assemblies along with cutting and drilling parts. Ideal candidates are highly motived and dependable. Position requirements include a High School Diploma/GED and lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Preferred experience includes AA degree in welding or equivalent in previous welding experience.

Manufacturing Engineering:

Manufacturing engineers at Jarraff are responsible for developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods. Associates do this through utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards. They also provide leadership to improve processes by utilizing innovative technologies that help meet business needs while implementing best practices. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills. Position requirements include a BS Degree in Engineering – Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing preferred and 2+ years in a manufacturing role.
